Can anyone recommend an investor friendly Title company and Escrow Company that does not require "Full Disclosure" during double closings?

As a disclosure, my family owned rentals in Pueblo.

I knew that if they rejected my offer, they would need to put it back on the market with FULL disclosure as to what my inspection found, and at that point, we were 3 months in, so the interest in the property would be questionable...that was my leverage.

He presents the seller a disclosure document to be signed by the buyer.

Consideration is required, but we are a non-disclosure state, so that language you quoted is pretty standard.

Full disclosure: I'm already under contract for this deal, but since it's my first deal I want to get some feedback even though I'm going to be going through with it regardless.I'm buying 2 condos in the same complex as a package deal for 140K.
