Plus, it's not a pH neutral product so you are potentially adding something a bit corrosive to your discharge plumbing. 

There are 10 units per floor with 12,000 sf of living space per floor plus hallways, chutes, etc. 

The interesting part is I recently did a FHA loan and FHA does not recognize this foreclosure within the BK issue, if a borrower has a BK and a property within the BK forecloses then the 3 year FHA clock starts on the date property foreclosed as opposed to  when the BK was discharged.

One is in downtown Appleton, the other in Little Chute.

If you are carrying consumer debt at an cost greater than your after tax return from the rental property  would be, then you are better off discharging the debt.
