The alternative is once the eviction ban is lifted, you can start the eviction proceedings.

So with the ban on evictions, what is the status of not renewing a month to month lease?

Our state (NV) like many have a ban on evictions and late fees due to the Covid pandemic. 

So Massachusetts just became the next state to put a near-term ban on short-term rentals at the state level.

I'm pretty sure late fees are banned anyway.

Just letting you guys know, Gov Wolf is about to ban short term rentals in Pa.

He sent me a text on Saturday telling me that the mayor has banned all cabin rentals for sure through 4/14 possibly through 4/30 and he even said that the sheriff drove by and wanted to know who was renting!

Fortunately our location hasn't yet banned ST rentals so we aren't breaking any rules.The current guests were in place before the virus picked up any real steam. 

The city council had banned STRs once before and later folded when enough signatures were gathered to place it on a ballot.
