List of states with moratoriums on STRs

So Massachusetts just became the next state to put a near-term ban on short-term rentals at the state level. Since I doubt Air/VRBO have any interest in compiling a list of states putting a hold on their core business, thought it might be good to break things out here. From reading other posts, I think Florida had done the same last week? Can we use this thread to get a pulse on what's happening at a state-by-state level (versus debating the pros/cons of what's happening anyway)? 

I'll start: Massachusetts: Baker Extends Stay-at-Home Advisory, Non-Essential Business Closure in Mass
