It sounds like you listened to some bad advise on long distance landlording by gurus and guys on here that tell you can do it all with an algorithm .your trying to auto pilot real estate in bad areas from the west coast which rarely works out .

He is a rare and magnificent bird when it comes to solving complex algorithms or talking/thinking about complex physics.

If you can get a #1 ranking and continue to run ads at the top of the page you'll have 2 different ways to continue to generate leads online when bigger algorithm changes effect organic and paid results.

Zillow's algorithm is funky and an appraiser doesn't look at what zillow thinks.

For me, adding more restrictions than that will cause me a bigger loss by limiting the potential number of guests that can book.PatrickI allow 2 nights minimal for my booking too, but will allow the algorithm to fill in single days if they are orphaned.

That is a truly useless number.The basic problem is the Zillow's algorithm isn't capable of analyzing interior conditions or local (down to the street level) market conditions. 

Are occupying and profits are more about managing including being optimized in the algorithm and having the best dynamic pricing around.

@Joey Garcia my guess is you went down in the algorithms.
