Zestimate and other website price estimates?

I found that my home has lower Zestimate (by Zillow) and the other website price estimates compared with other similar homes in the neighborhood. It is actually significantly lower than a bank appraisal.

When I shopped around in Zillow, I took Zestimate as a convenient reference price. Now my home has much lower Zestimate. I wonder if this is something I have to worry about? Do people take the Zestimate seriously and affect their offer?

I wouldn't worry about the Zestimate at all, it is not accurate and if you are worried then just pay a realtor to run a CMA on your property to get an idea of the valuation. Zillow's algorithm is funky and an appraiser doesn't look at what zillow thinks.
