If so, it might be a consideration.....but as has been said, $20k is not a lot of money, and certainly not worth the aggravation you may encounter......Take the easy one this time, or go find a bigger fixer that is $75k less.

I've had attorneys draw up documents for a few partnerships and it is 100% impossible to avoid a massive number of arguments that arise between partners.While I see the advantage of having partners who pool their money together to purchase properties the mental aggravation that comes down the road is not usually worth the percent of your ownership and I always prefer to own 100% of what I invest in and have 100% full control of every decision.
