I have recently bought a primary home which used to be owned by a disabled person. in Gwinnett County, Georgia There are some features such as ramps and handrails in places where one might suggest is ADA compliant?

In fact, when I posted a Zillow ad a couple of weeks ago about this upcoming property, the kind of applications that I got were not what tenants of 600k property would like.

This is the one thing you have to comply with: "Under the ADA, landlords are prohibited from inquiring about the exact nature of a person's disability even if the disability is highly visible."

Upscale ADA range ($$$), if the appliances are yours make sure the do not disappear, they look like expensive ones.I see what looks like a lot of jobs began but not completed, and then another job started and uncompleted.Good Luck!

My understanding is the ESA isn't protected by the ADA because it isn't job specific like a seeing eye dog.

Here are some initial thoughts..For any particular building, you are going to want to reach out to the city about zoning, fire proofing, ADA compliant, sound proofing, parking, egress, previously permitted work etc..  

You said it yourself, "Disabled Veteran" now you have to follow ADA & Fair Housing.

This issue is important for landlords to call their Congress person to draft or support bills that treat those with ADA needs in clear ways and those who fake the system to be discouraged.

., found a mixed use (residential and commercial/medical) 3/2 unit in northern Milwaukie (ADA accessible, x ray viewers, etc.) in nice little street.

The next easiest will be in the county area (canyon and ada), but you will need to be looking at larger properties.
