The monthly HOA dues are low and there is no golf initiation fees.Both communities are close to theaters, restaurants, shopping, medical centers and hospitals.

If it's about impossible, then I'd make it a big enough increase to make it worth it to you, but cheaper for them having to deal with a 12 month lease.Then, offer it at a premium for a summer rental.Oh, and hopefully they aren't theater majors LOL.

This is much different from our first unit in Charlotte NC, as it's an endcap space in a lifestyle shopping center (think high end retail, movie theater, dining, etc).
