They have an algorithm to determine which properties are the same between the channels and join the data together into a single listing.I'm not sure what specific data points you are looking at, but I have been using PriceLabs market dashboard they launched last year and it's actually pretty decent.

I've experiment with the key fields and progressive stages quite a bit and found the ones that work best for my operation.It's much like a dashboard when in the field and much action happening. 

Question - anyone know of any platforms out there that can provide a one page dashboard to see data that is easily presented so owner can see a snapshot of data points.

You can find it and sign up on your Dashboard. 

If you go to the DASHBOARD and hover your mouse over the NETWORKING drop down in the gray toolbar, you'll see a link to view all of your colleagues there.

To see all of the threads that you are monitoring, you can just go to your "dashboard", hover over the "Forum" menu that appears at the far right of that screen, and select the "Monitored Topics" link on the "Forum" menu.

Funny how if you use Zillow's owner dashboard to keep track of your rentals (listings, pictures, descriptions, etc.) you get a monthly email saying your "zestimate" has increased!
