I don't know that I'd hire that guy, but it is what it is.Existing creditors (like if you have a Visa with BofA or a car loan with WF) get an updated copy of your credit report on a monthly basis, just like magazine subscribers get the magazine delivered once a month.

I have heard that multifamily not great right now since many New Yorkers are renting condos for less ..Any thoughts please !

It’s definitely worth a trip you will find a lot of fellow New Yorkers in the area Carolinas and FL have become popular destinations..

@John OlsenMy favorite resource that I’ve found is the Family Handyman website and magazine.

New Yorkers love to squeeze into these tiny, overpriced units and so obviously there will be 1-2yr turn around on new tenants.
