Seeking real estate publication focusing on ATL
My brother is about to graduate college and move to Atlanta (from South Carolina). He is going to be working for a commercial brokerage firm. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to get him a subscription to a website/magazine that focuses on Atlanta/Georgia CRE.
I've found some good resources for residential, but I think he's hoping to focus more on commercial/office/retail properties. Basically hoping for something with a "deal sheet" that summarizes the biggest deals in the area for the past month. I want to help him get familiar with the market and with the key players.
Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.

@Patrick Conlon The best gift you can give him is the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Do the digital and print package. It’s pretty reasonably priced and most brokers read it.
