We assist the family in preparing someone, especially a teenager , in developing the mindset to live in one of the units in a 4 unit complex. 

I have been investing and working in the real estate industry for over 30 years (since I was a teenager).  

My back ground has been construction since a teenager with a heart always wanting to own real estate.

We first used this in a dining room about four years ago; the current tenant has a teenage boy, a couple of grandchildren who she babysits frequently and a dog and the product still looks like new four years later.

While it may say a lot about the borrower (but hey we are talking about teenagers here), it says even more about the lender who is likely generations older and sharing in the risk.

If I'm not comfortable enough to bring my teenage kids to help out, I pass. 

Still a great market, as Charlotte is in its teen age years here.

It's much easier for me to mow it or hire a teenager trying to make some extra cash to do it than deal with citations and make the city mad.

That person will then be notified of being tagged.I've spent some time in the bay area and began getting involved in real estate as a teenager as well.

Great post about breaking free from the 9-5, I worked in restaurants all of teenage years and 20s and really don't want to go back to that so I hear where you are coming from.
