Hello Everyone...Let me introduce myself.  I am an entrepreneurial investor focused on real estate investing. I own several interrelated businesses; a real estate / property management business managing over 350 units, remodeling and maintenance business, a real estate holding company and a private lending business.  I am interested in growing and learning.  I have been investing and working in the real estate industry for over 30 years (since I was a teenager).  I can also be a resource for new investors as I am interested in mentoring serious entrepreneurs that want to grow and learn.  I had a few good mentors in my life and still do.
