Hello All,

I stumbled across B.P. recently and I am flabbergasted I hadn't stumbled across this sooner. I am new to the real estate game, although I have gone through the purchase and sale of a primary residence. My back ground has been construction since a teenager with a heart always wanting to own real estate. I have spent a fair amount of time "investigating and researching" aspects of business and real estate the last few years, but do to some health issues, there hasn't been time to execute. Well the time is here and I am so glad I found B.P. really by mistake. I was looking up a business related question outside of real estate and I found the answer in the B.P. forums and a whole bunch of information. I am trying to soak up as much information as I can and I have already fallen in love with the community. Looking forward to learning more, and building some new friendships with like minded people!
