There's a lot of what L&I does that interfaces with other departments and you'll get a lot of answers to questions like "That's not my job" So for you to actually figure out what you need to do will require your own sleuthing because odds of someone actually helping you are slim to none. 

You can get a check writing program that interfaces with QB.

Ive never seen what the interface for the MLS looks like or the information which it provides myself.

What I am curious is with 3rd party booking software to integrate booking sites, interface with service providers, etc. 

Anything more, the interface is not built to support that many. 

The interface is a little archaic, but it seems potentially promising.

The interface on VRBO is cumbersome, or I haven’t mastered how it works best.

I'm now trying tenant cloud and really like the interface and functionality so far, but might give another a look since I have to advertise one of my properties soon.

I eventually came across BiggerPockets and really fell in love with this interface.
