Real Estate Friendly Bank with Good Technology Tools

Hello All!

This is NOT about looking for a lender. I'm talking about banking and a good bank for our business accounts and operating our business.

We own commercial real estate in several states, and no real estate in the state where we live (and don't particularly want a bank only local to that state). We are looking for a real estate friendly bank that is also super tech savvy and into not wasting our time. :)

We want to do a variety of real estate tasks such as:
* We have 10 LLCs so we need quite a few accounts. We want the sign-up to be easy, preferably without having to go in.

* We need convenience to be a maximum.

* We also want to be able to call and talk to an INTELLIGENT human if we're having trouble.

* Easily and without fees make electronic transfers of distributions to ourselves and our investors (often to accounts at different banks)

* Make mobile check deposits (using your phone) with no upper or monthly limit or as high a limit as possible

* Easy pay bills online

* Easy set-up of accounts

Mobile interface would also be nice for when we're on the road.

Any suggestions? We have heard good things about Wells Fargo. We are also interested in BofA. Also just heard of a purely digital bank called Azlo.

Greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Kim
