Provinces have different rules when it comes to real estate.

That is a well run HOA with reasonable peopleat the helm and perhaps professionally managed.

Additionally, in most, not all, provinces you will also run afoul of the law/regulator if you market real estate you do not own without a licence.  

This city and province have hit its Real Estate Market Boom during the summer and still sizzling!

This man has wonderful future goals and plans in mind, I can't wait to run the most successful corporation this city, province, and country has seen.

Again based on my making half a dozen HML that one went a little wonky,, and had I know the foreclosure rules I would never have loaned money in BC  LOL.Each Province may be different in this regard I do not know.

I know some of the provinces do that in Canada and it makes it easier. 

Looking to connect with other investors in Ontario or other provinces to gain a better understating of cities/regions outside of my realm of knowledge with future growth and potential. 

In the past there was something they wanted and sent me some obscure law from a province in New Zealand which had to take them hours to find.They are claiming they need it for the next security deposit.
