From those who are experienced and have dedication to research. In North America currently, where are the hot real estate markets?

Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta.
This city and province have hit its Real Estate Market Boom during the summer and still sizzling!

It is easy to find news articles about this.

So besides here, i heard that US has had some slumps in the Real Estate Market in alot of regions.
