In layman’s parlance one could say it is a book about timing the market.It follows the Trass Methodology developed by the author of the same name which basically states that the cycle is driven by 16 specific macro-economic indicators (key drivers) and by monitoring the ongoing trends in conjunction with one another, one can successfully predict the markets future movements.

If I understand the question correctly, you realized you made it to real estate - when you get  "the confidence" that you have the ability to deal with any real estate challenge (tied to the methodology you are working on such as - Flips, rental or wholesale, etc) ,though every challenge is unique and never encountered before.It's like any job that is not exactly repetitive but similar methodology, right ?

And not for nothing, as a taxpayer you should appreciate that -- they've sold nearly a million foreclosed properties in the past 7 years and using this methodology, lost far less money as a consequence.
