Wake county price recovery

From Zillow data, with the premise that their data is correct, the local area (Wake county, NC) has more than recovered from an median home value price perspective. Methodology is on the zillow site at http://www.zillow.com/research/data/ The following is for SFR data, with each bar (line) being a month:

The following chart (also from Zillow) shows the condo valuations, same area same time frame.

Note that price appreciation lags in the latter chart compared to the former. Not a big surprise for anyone who has been in the area for a while.
