Can u buy a house if you are 40 with no credit?
My dad and my mom have few years in the US and they don't have a credit card.
They are getting their fist credit car in the summer.
Can they still buy a house in a year? And how can they improve their credit care to buy a house ?

You might look into the non-profit NACA (naca.com). They use an alternate underwriting methodology. You need to check on their website to make sure they service the area in which your folks want to purchase.
