Some of the updates I want to make are built-in micro-wave, replace the tile in the kitchen and the carpeting in the living room with all porcelain tile.

I know what you mean @Bridget D.that sometimes deals come in waves and you want to catch it all before it's gone.

@Darren Elliott i actually ended up losing my job and then i started scrambling to get a new one so i never reached out :/ got a new job but don't have 20% down so i started trying to set up for wholesaling 

I think the Money Wave will continue to be tear-downs and new home construction.
