I wouldn't worry as much about the age as I would what it would cost, how much it would rent for, how well it is built and when major repairs will be needed (ie how long will the roof last).Also for the two-are they both condos (ie strata/condo fees) or is one freehold and the other a condo (ie one has condo fees and the other doesn't)?

Hi, DavidThank you for all the educational stuff you share, I been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a while and trying to share some knowledge to my 16 year old son but he thinks is boring with I can understand that at his age but there is some occasions specially when you share sports analysis when you gets his attention, so can you please do a podcast focus on teenagers so I can listen with him when driving to school in the mornings ?
