Before you bring on an assistant to be a jack of all trades, maybe it makes sense to pay a PM for one or two of your properties and see how it goes.  

I invest in rentals and flips here and am an attorney here by trade. 

The old adage is that to get a "deal" on a property, i.e. a lower than market price, seller financing, other seller concessions, etc, either there is a trade off - or you need a "highly motivated" seller.If the seller is not highly motivated, and you've made your offer, your last option is the "trade off".  

I left their trading floor 10 yrs ago. 

The do the 2-3 month rentals during non-peak times if people are up for it because you're trading a lower-per-night-rate for increased occupancy.  

We are less willing to take the trade off of long commutes for the space the suburbs brings us.  

And clearly the math starts getting hard because you have to trade up / refi whatever to get there.From what I gather, I take it that you think the SFH isn't the way to go about it?

I'm biased but my votes for trade school.

In addition, the US dollars is still trading at $1 to 19 pesos, this makes Mexico a very attractive pick for many investors.Crypto currencies:  For the first time in my travel, I begin to see that crypto currencies were getting more popular.
