So tired of that BS.

In terms of lead quality, I think my first few Zillow leads were probably best quality but they also had the most tire kickers and dreamer/searchers.

I'm a landlord in the midwest and currently am self-managing 55 units (ITS TIRING). on top of collecting rents, doing showings, managing finances, taxes, etc. etc.

My wife is tired of house hacking our 100 year old house which we are turning into a rental.

Many use same one tired strategy .it is sad

However, because I don't have financing lined up I don't want to ruin the relationship by appearing to be a tire kicker.

Last night, we had a bear slash the tire of our guests car.

Her building has great cash flows, but isn't worth a lot - so she'd prefer not to sell it in a traditional transaction.She is a tired landlord, would like to move out of state, doesn't want to deal with capital gains tax, and likes the monthly income (it's her retirement and she's over 60!).
