Unless this is a newly divided property with a new building then the  survey is already in existence and registered.

Are you going to try to transition any existing tenants into newly rehabbed units as they come ready at higher rents so you can rehab other units or do you just plan to rehab as tenants move out while putting new tenants into freshly rehabbed units?

What do they require and how do they handle the down payments on your newly acquired properties?

Also needs a lot of garbage out and all newly remodeled.

Although newly renovated by the seller (who is flipping it) the inspection revealed water damage and moisture on both floors and the basement.  

Milwaukee was just a newly constructed road with no businesses.Fast forward to present day - the city is well developed out past 130th St.
