Of course, we have had tenants tell us the same thing - they don't like a vendor (who we know is licensed, does quality work, and is almost universally beloved by everyone else who has worked with them), they insist a repair should have been done differently, etc.

Our strategies and laws may not be exactly the same but time saving systems, processes and dealing with people are universal!

I also like communities with robust healthcare networks and universities as both aren't as exposed to economic volatility.
