Exit Strategy Details
Hi everyone! My name is Ty'rell and I am a somewhat recent graduate from The University of Kentucky. I'm very new here and have just finished the beginners book to real estate investing. I also have been consistently listening to bigger pockets podcasts, which has led me to having a few questions about when and how to exit your investment property. I'm interested in what it means to "pull your cash out" of an investment. For some reason I cant wrap my head around that concept. Please help!
Thank you,
