This thread has an incredible depth of information regarding ADUs in Los Angeles, but as we purchased this property with the ADU ready to rent, my question has more to do with tenants/renting vs. conversion.- Does anyone here plan on hiring a property manager to manage their ADU, or do you plan on finding tenants/drafting lease agreements/collecting rent/etc. on your own?
