I also would have offered less for the buying price even though the house is in excellent condition and move in ready.

Today, I got the Tax Delinquent List (hard copy 700 pages) and Absentee Property list (Excel) for my county.  

Wouldn't work for the smaller ones due to the minimum size requirements.Regarding the analysis, I'd be happy to share the Excel file, but don't see a way to do that here.

My credit is around 800, I have excellent equity in my other properties, and I have a comfortable salary ($100k give or take). 

@Lynne Marquez this would be an excellent question for the mortgage lender you want to use for your personal home.
