Is it OK that the equipment and pump shed is unsightly?

He is on site and has the equipment.  

My concern is of course the expense of replacing/maintaining broken equipment. 

Did the new tenant assume the equipment in the yard was included for their use when they agreed to rent?

If the pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators etc etc) is old it can turn into a huge money pit.

Hello BiggerPockets Members,I am interested in purchasing the hardware to do 3D Printed Homes, and I have been following a few companies and people who are doing it now or at the very least testing the equipment out.  

PM's are generally great with maintenance however not the most equipped to get you the best price on a large project etc.

I am not sure if they can come up with 10% down pay right a way especially they may need reserve money to install fire alarm equipment and fixture in the property for patients safety and code compliance instead.  

Post basic pool rules in the vicinity, include appropriate language in your rental agreement, get it insured properly, make sure it has all proper safety equipment, and enjoy the added rents you're going to get by having a pool :)
