3D Printed Houses Company

Hello BiggerPockets Members,

I am interested in purchasing the hardware to do 3D Printed Homes, and I have been following a few companies and people who are doing it now or at the very least testing the equipment out. I want to start a fund, maybe a private REIT to help fund the purchase of the hardware and then land to start building. Any advice on how to create the team to do this, the expertise I should seek out and where I can find the investors interested in something like this?
