Does anyone have any experience renting out a SFH with a swimming pool? Trying to decide whether to fill it in or advertise as an amenity. Thank you!

My pool STR house gets a higher nightly rate than my non-pool STR, and is booked to capacity. It helps that I have a pool heater for the cooler months. The two most searched for terms, according to VRBO, were Pools and Pets. My insurance company required a few items: depth stickers at all 4 sides, and life preservers. Yours might have different requirements.
