Not the cheapest but not the most expensive but provide a good level of service (e.g. answer questions fairly quickly) and I believe IF I need more detailed advice, they have the depth / knowledge to provide it.

Is it the way a property is financed that creates the cash flow or does it just have to do with the price you paid for the property versus the rent you are getting each month. also are there any really good in depth resources ( besides infomercial type) for better understanding cash flow. thanks for your help!
