Sometimes it helps to seek a mentor or coach to discuss your issues.I went to coaching school to learn all about personal development.

Take it from a guy who spend some money a long time ago on a coaching program.

Mentors don't charge -- they help you because they have a vested interested in your success.Coaches charge -- they do this as a business (or a side business).There are pros and cons to each; some mentors aren't worth getting free info from and some coaches are worth every penny.
