In another article, (https://www.dunncarney.com/2007/06/layering-limited-liability-companies-does-it-enhance-the-liability-shield/) it seems to confirm the same but was structured in a way that I could not tell if that was only in the case of wrongful conduct.If any of my information seems to be incorrect or misinformed let me know so I can correct my understanding.

Jesse Olsen your qualification amount can only be determined by a qualified loan officer who is familiar with FHA guidelines on qualifying income, debt-to-income, etc. unfortunately, most of what I tend to find online is incorrect or outdated.

That strikes me as incorrect here because a security deposit is in fact theirs, with all going right that money goes back to them unlike the rent that is due to me.

I've found that I get 1 out of 25 numbers are incorrect, which is roughly 90% accuracy rate on a 1000-lead list.

@Sean Cassidy I looked it over again, and I it looks like the appraiser incorrectly read the contract price, and then used it in his appraisal to appraise the property at the sales price using what he calls 'the sales method' to arrive at the appraisal value.
