How To Setup a Cold Calling System
Good morning BP family,
I'm curious to know if anyone has a particular cold calling system that has been working for them?
I currently advertise using Bing and Yahoo ads, bandit signs, radio, and free mediums such as FB and Craigslist. I'm interested in taking a more direct approach and getting a good cold calling system setup for my team however.
I'm currently testing REIpro for its cold calling feature and ability to create lists, although it doesn't quite have all of the filters that I need and the free skip trace feature doesn't always produce results. I am thinking of maybe pairing this with intellius.
How are you guys approaching this? Where are you pulling lists from and what kind are you pulling? Are you using a skip trace service that may be better and as cost efficient as the two I mentioned? Any other programs that you may be able to recommend that's good for a 3 to 5 person team? Also any good success stories?
Any feedback is appreciated.

@Ethan Summers thank you for the information! I'm going to look into those. I was recommended to findtheseller.com by someone else as well.
@Andrew Johnson cost was the main reason. Bing and yahoo are much cheaper than Google. I tried Google for a while, but just wasn't getting good enough leads for my budget. With the same amount of money, I get a decent amount more leads and website hits per week with Bing/Yahoo. Not to mention less competition. Most of the real estate companies, big and small, are using Google in my market, and it seems like all the gurus are teaching to use Google. Space just seemed too crowded. I can also reach that old school market who still like to use yahoo to search for everything. I think Google can be great, but I'm liking what I see from Bing/Yahoo better. Even beyond all that, old fashioned signs and networking have probably given me the best results so far.
