While Investing in Multi families for cash flow has always been my favorite (been doing it a long time and it has made me alot of money) I still feel there is value and money to be made in the stock market as well, you just need to be smart about it and understand what you are investing in before you invest.

We go to Tally quite often since "Up In Smoke" on Tennessee Street is one of our favorite BBQ joints.
