Hi I just joined the forum and I want to start by saying thanks to all who contribute. I really feel this is one of the best forums around for real estate, so i couldn't wait to join.

I am a general Contractor, having built over 100 single family homes during the housing boom, in NW Indiana. Since the crash i have started purchasing and rehabbing distressed single family homes, converting them into rental properties, in and around Warsaw IN.

I am currently trying to learn more about multi family, 2-8 unit buildings since i would like this to be my next step in real estate.

I listened to my first podcast yesterday and to my amazement it wasn't actually a informercial !!

I hope to be able to pay forward much of what I have learned, and learn more along the way.
