It was actually $38,000 total for the 4 properties w/ $8000 spent in repairs.

It is kinda funny how long I spent thinking one day I'd read enough free blog articles or $20 books that would finally make me a real estate millionaire.  

Aaron T.I'm not above you guys when I mention this.I'm hoping you guys look outside the box, for fundingHml and banks fall short of holding investors a gun to head( so to say )...who can make money like that huh???

I'm not selling land here and haven't spent a lot of time crunching the numbers for what seems to be some undervalued commercial development sites. 

I spent a few months in the beginning by reading everything that I could get my hands on about real estate.

We hear about creative financing on BP all the time...just trying to think out of the box a bit. 

I find myself being skeptical. but I like to think outside the box so I will see what he has to say when he gets all my paperwork.

I have spent the last 30 years investing in real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area and I would like to start learning more about out of state investing as well as offering my stories on the ups and downs of investing in the expensive Bay Area market.

And a UPS Store address (not a PO Box) can be used as your registered address.
