Wholesaling LLC to end buyer

Hey guys I have a question. I have a property under contract in jersey and I have my end buyer who is willing to buy it from me. The deal will be closed as a transfer of membership to the end buyer. I live in NYC so how do I go about setting up the LLC in another state if I have no residency there?

I'm assuming that perhaps it's an approved short sale or REO? Whatever the situation, if you prefer to set up an LLC you can use the link below. And a UPS Store address (not a PO Box) can be used as your registered address. Cost to set up an LLC is $125 and is pretty straight forward and simple. After you set it up you also have to complete the NJ-Reg form which can also be done online (although I don't have the link on me).
