Unlike, say, asbestos floor tiling where unless it’s cracked you really don’t have an issue.We were uncomfortable renting it—possibly to kids—without cleaning it, and it helped to make the numbers not work so we bailed.It feels right in between “oh cmon this is nothing” and “oops major problem” I think the trend is towards more regulation on that not less.

I think they're inflation adjusted but who knows.In general I thought their neighborhood ratings looked fairly accurate - they just don't capture what direction the neighborhood is trending.

That also includes sounds and smells.I always ask clients afterwards if the home feels like they thought it would and I know they were nervous and put a lot of trust in me, fortunatly so far everyone said 100% and was very happy.Of course covid has intensified this trend.
