Wall Street and Silicon Valley coming to SFLA

Hello Floridans,

I hope everyone is doing well personally and professionally. I wanted to have a discussion about Goldman Sachs and Silicon Valley scouting new headquarters here in south florida, what do you believe this will do to our already expensive market? These two industries have firms looking to collectively spend $200 billion on commercial space along with their top executives needing residential options. I'm curious what others think this will do to our market; from new construction trends to cap rate assumptions. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Regards,
