(shh, don't tell the neighbors you are going to flip it.)This type of house (HUD Home) is usually listed with an agent, and although the description says "GOOD" it's generally "Average" or in "Fair Condition"  you didn't mention the year it was built and this could also be a factor in your buying decision.
