I'd say a lot of it went over my head but its awesome to have this amazing community where you can seek out answers and get intelligent, relevant information from people who know what they're talking about and aren't pretentious about it.

What type of real estate activities to you plan to pursue?

I initially started researching on Bigger Pockets to find discussions on strategies to weather the storm in a declining market because that’s the biggest fear for us to get started.Thank you for all the information so far and I look forward to being an active member on the forum.

We will continue foreclosure activities as long as the loan remains in default and a foreclosure attorney has been assigned.

So with that said – you might want to take it slowly – that is--- keep your job--- and accelerate your learning and exposure to real estate investing and begin your transition to a position that will able you to control real estate and profit from your activities ONE DEAL AT A TIME!

Since then have never looked back and still am active and like to pay it forward to investors that are just starting out.
