I mean if I'm riding on Rt 95 NORTH for 2 hours before I get there BUT only 20 more minutes before I hit RI then I'm still confused about it being Southeastern CT.

@Samuel Chua I am somewhat familiar with the high cost of living and housing in Singapore, thanks to my parents who hail from Singapore! 

They are in for a rough ride in many markets. 

We can buy as much as we have cash to buy, at the right price, that has a positive cash flow because we have factored in the higher interest rate and financed at a lower loan value and for a longer time period of 20 to 30 years, to ride through the current turbulence.
