We are starting our real estate investing business and would like to take the right steps in the right direction before purchasing our first flip.

I own a few rentals and am scaling up my fix-and-flip business, buying about 1 property per month right now.

I’m a licensed realtor and my husband and I are looking into either getting into the flipping business or the wholesaling business.

My current thoughts are:I really want to flip houses and would love to get involved in that.I've wanted to buy my first house for years now but knew I wouldn't get a mortgage loan (because of spotty work history through college).

Since I don't have a lot of money now, I am trying to jumpstart things by wholesaling until I get the money to incorporate flips and then use both to finance my rentals.
