The factory built home business is legit and competitive, different factories vary in quality just like auto manufacturers.

I know there are programs that are able to auto-respond but I do not have any personal experience with those so I can't make any comments regarding it.

Turn on the a/c and set it down around 70 and turn the fan switch to fan instead of auto.

Nice commercial "work shop" type space in a decent area (auto mechanic, auto body, etc).

It is also heavily dependent on the auto industry.

I use the auto pricing feature on Airbnb even though I could make a little extra pricing it myself.  

I was just going to keep the $49/mo service but my debit card I was auto paying with died for the new chip cards and I didn't bother updating the card and payment info.My website name, which I liked, was held hostage or whatever as far as I can tell but I hope to retrieve it.  

Hopefully today I'll call a couple of other places and even my auto insurance provider.
