I would bring the head title officer tickets to the 49er games and he would do a title search while I stood there and watched him.. quid pro . 

My worry isn't so much about the rent being paid and paid on time, but the headache factor...They scored 804 on smartmove, no outstanding CC balances/0 missed payments, no evictions, no disqualifying criminal history (just a speeding ticket).... 

Maybe not tomorrow in San Diego, so they may have to move to another town to find one, but I had to do it, and so can they.This is your investment, and you are not their winning lottery ticket, or charity.

You want to make it painful enough (like a parking ticket), but also not so much that it puts them in  'fear' mode.

If there is any doubt about wanting to return to San Diego at some point, I'd hold ... selling would likely insure that your ticket to GA is one-way.

I have gained enough points to fly first class anywhere in the world for free  ( last year was Singapore an Thailand) ( 14k was what it would have cost for 2 tickets round trip)   and get free hotel for 10 to 15 days.. ( 2 years ago 10 days at the Hilton Waikaloa all for FREE.. simply by being loyal to the brand.I think that is the business man perspective..Not sure how many other road warriors like myself are on BP.. but I fly right at 60 to 70k miles a year and that does not include my private aviation up and down the west coast.So for me personally to save a few bucks and get no perks doing an air Bnb or vrbo in a BUSINESS setting just has zero appeal..I am sure I am in the VAST minority here..And if you have your company paying for it.. they will put you were they are going to put you.

If everyone else gets their $30 back then meh.Keeping the fees from those that fully qualify is akin to going to a movie theater paying to watch a movie and having them roll credits and walk you out, say "thank you" for coming and keeping the ticket price.
